The auticon consultants entered the project only at a relatively late stage at a high time pressure, however they managed to quickly adapt to the assigned tasks. They were a valuable support to the project team. Overall, we have had very good experiences with people with Asperger’s syndrome and perceived their work as very enriching. In the future Bayern LB will come back to auticon staff if needed.

IMPACT 4 CHANGE
The quality of work is decidedly above average. For reBuy this is an absolutely added value, which we appreciate very much. The full and proper preparation of auticon led to daily routine with the auticon employee, which was unproblematic from the very beginning. Because of the open treatment with the topic, the whole reBuy team has no fear of contact. We are so enthusiastic about the positive performance concerning the collaboration, that we are already planning about two further autistic job positions.

The auticon employee familiarized himself extremely quickly in our structures and moreover in the frame of quality assurance, he organized himself independently. Within the framework of our internal processes, releases require the clearance from the auticon employee. Further tasks such as the provisioning of our products and much more, we entrustet to the employee, to ensure that there is nothing in the way of a further cooperation.
