The role

  • Assisting as and when needed in the areas of sales, marketing/PR, HR and back office, including but not limited to:
    • Back office: Support with everyday office admin, e.g. travel bookings, orders for office supplies, answering the main office phone, inventories
    • Sales: Researching clients, market research, supplier set ups, sales pitches
    • Marketing/PR: Event coordination, social media content and strategy, designing presentations
    • HR: Co-facilitating and evaluating the Auticon recruitment process, team building
  • Continuous and pro-active improvement of Auticon procedures

  • Flexible to assist with a broad variety of tasks, ranging from administrative to complex
  • Proactive and keento take initiative
  • Positive, empathetic, energetic and open-minded personality
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • English speaker
  • Work-ready skills in MS Word, PPT, Excel
  • Design skills (e.g. InDesign) a plus
  • Experience with WordPress a plus
