Key responsibilities

Oversee our team of 20-30 consultants on the autistic spectrum
Liaise with clients’ senior management and build up a long term strategic relationship
Support clients’ IT, compliance and transformation projects and ensure Auticon’s projects are delivered smoothly
Provide technical guidance for our autistic consultants and support for our clients

Sales

  • Build and develop business relationships with clients
  • Speak to C-level of leading global companies to introduce Auticon
  • Recognise and optimise sell on potential
  • Travel to our clients in the UK

Project management

  • Manage and oversee all Auticon UK’s projects and consultants
  • Make sure consultants feel comfortable and work to our clients’ expectations and standards
  • Monitor projects and assess the need for support and training
  • Design progress reports and manage expectations with stakeholders
  • Track project milestones, budgets and deliverables
  • Draft proposals
  • Develop services and new business opportunities

Management

  • Manage teams of consultants onsite
  • Assess, mentor and support our consultants on the autistic spectrum
  • Manage 20 to 30 consultants directly
  • Manage GBP 3-5 million / year in projects
  • Provide (technical) guidance to our consultants in the projects and define training programmes

Ideal candidate

Strong track record as Project Manager with 10+ years of professional experience, ideally in the IT consulting business
Experienced in managing teams of 10+ consultants
Experience in the areas of software development, testing, data and compliance
Knowledge of various project management and delivery methodologies (Waterfall, Agile and KANBAN), preferably certificates in ISTQB, Prince2 and/or COBIT
High level of communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
Leadership talent and strong commercial awareness
Honest motivation to support a social enterprise in developing careers for autistic adults
